The Drive is an high-energy mix show, masterfully hosted by the talented Michigan turntablist, DJ Kamouflage. His decks come alive as he spins fresh tracks and beloved classics, creating a journey that’ll have you dancing in your car.

Born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, Dj Kamoflage began Djing in 1989. Inspired by many genres and artists like Kraftwerk, Juan Atkins, Parliment/Funkadelic, Herbie Hancock, J Dilla, Dj Premeir, Teddy Riley, Dj Jazzy Jeff and countless others. Dj Kamoflage Djayed his first adult party at the age of 17.

The musical journey took off after entering talent shows with longtime friend & local rapper Poe 1 aka Reality Check. Poe 1 introduced Dj Kamoflage to Matt Kyle from Beware! Studio were he learned production then started making beats. Kamoflage’s first songs were made using a Roland DR5 drum machine, Yahmaha DX7 and sampler. Blending drums with jazz, funk, r&b and house music Dj Kamoflage made a name for himself in the neighborhood as a “Go To” Dj & Producer. Dj Kamoflage collaborated with super producer Honorable C.N.O.T.E, and many other hip hop and r&b artists &
Djs from the Midwest.
Dj Kamoflage’s personality is laid-back & chilled and is Known for supporting others in their music & life journey. Very genuine and compassionate to everyone he knows & loves, Dj Kamoflage continues to innovate and inspire many through His various styles of music production & mixtapes, adding local artists into his mixes alongside industry music.
